Exceptional Hotel customer service assisted me get a new key when I asked for assistance. The breakfast and food items in general was best. All the staff members I contacted have been particularly nice.

If you are travelling to London you should book this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. The overall atmosphere was alright.

Fantastic location, anything is few steps. Team are tremendous friendly and well prepared and speak wonderful English. You’ll find activities every evening and it´s a very good way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s very small. Excellent quality for the price!

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members from the reception were there at all the hours. The beds ended up comfy and the people in the hotel have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Really great hotel and excellent area. Unquestionably will suggest Regent’s Park Apartments!
